Before you connect
Power AI Cam Blox and give it time to finish starting. Keep the device close while you complete the first connection.
Open setup mode
For a first connection, place the device in its setup state. Then open AI Cam Vision and start device discovery.
Find the device
Watch the status shown in the app. A searching state means discovery is still active. When AI Cam Blox appears, select it and wait for the app to confirm the connection.
Confirm the live view
A connection is only useful when the camera feed is available. Open the live view and verify that the scene updates when you move an object in front of the camera.
Warning
Do not start training or hardware control until both the device connection and the live camera view are stable.
Reconnect after a drop
- Check device power.
- Confirm that AI Cam Blox is still available.
- Return to the device screen.
- Run discovery again.
- Reconnect and reopen the live camera view.
If no address is configured
Return the device to setup mode and repeat the network configuration flow. Wait for setup to complete before running discovery again.
