Troubleshooting

Work through connection, prediction, flow, and output issues.

Device does not appear

Check power, confirm that setup mode is active, and run device discovery again.

Live camera is unavailable

Reconnect the device, reopen the live view, and confirm that the camera image updates before continuing.

No device address is configured

Return to setup mode and repeat network configuration. Wait for the device to finish before rescanning.

Prediction does not change

Confirm that the intended label set is loaded and that the object is clearly visible. Then compare the live scene with the examples used during training.

Labels are unreliable

Improve the lighting, capture a cleaner background label, and add useful variation in angle, distance, and position.

Flow does not trigger

Check the current predicted label first. Then confirm that the flow condition uses the same label and that the correct output path is connected.

Hardware does not respond

Verify device power, the selected port, and the physical connection. Test a direct output action before adding prediction logic.

Reconnection keeps failing

Close the connection screen, verify power, run discovery again, and reopen the camera view after the connection returns.

Tip

Change one variable at a time. It is much easier to identify the cause when each test has one clear purpose.
